Finishing

We offer full service finishing for your ed pieces.  
Finishing is a wonderful way to show off your work and turn it into 
a heirloom or conversation piece.  

 

Custom Framing

Custom framing is available upon request.

Mail Order

We offer full mail order service for all of your stitching needs.

USPS:  Actual postage required plus $2.00 handling

Overseas Individually quoted

Orders over $30.00 are sent via UPS (due to tracking and insurance), although, sometimes smaller orders are sent via UPS.  Overseas pricing includes Alaska and Hawaii.  We reserve the right to pick shipping method for any order, this is only for the protection of your  package. 
 

 

Return Policy

We give no cash refunds, only store credit. There are no returns or exchanges on printed material, canvases, fabric, copyrighted material, opened/used items, sale items or special order items. Most other items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days (6 months for currently inventoried thread as a rule) but it is always a good idea to check with us to be sure. All items must be in saleable condition and things we current sell (so if you stocked up on a thread we discontinued carrying you will not be able to exchange it later). We will not exchange thread that was not purchased from us (yes, sometimes people do ask us to do this).
